Terms of Service

For Adamite Network:

By accessing or using Adamite Network's Unturned servers, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service:

Server Rules:

Respectful Behavior: Users must maintain a respectful and friendly atmosphere while interacting with other players on any of the Network's servers. Any form of harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

Cheating and Exploits: Users are strictly prohibited from using cheats, hacks, mods, or any other form of exploiting the game to gain an unfair advantage. This also includes any attempt to disrupt or manipulate the server's performance or stability.

Intellectual Property: Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not share or distribute any content that violates copyright laws or infringes upon another party's intellectual property rights.

Server Administration: Users must follow the instructions and decisions made by Adamite Network's Server administrators. Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent removal from the Server without prior notice.

Privacy: Users must respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information, including real names, addresses, or any other identifying details without prior consent.

Discord: All other rules and info are posted in the #rules channel, failure to comply with them will result in an immediate punishment varying on the severity of the violation. It is your responsibility to read them and abide by them, as previously stated and as currently stated failure to abide by those rules will result in an immediate punishment depending on its severity.Liability:

Disclaimer: Adamite Network and its administrators shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or injury incurred while using the Server. The Server is provided on an "as is" basis, and Adamite Netowk does not guarantee its uninterrupted availability or its suitability for any specific purposes.

Indemnification: By using the Server, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adamite Network, its administrators, and staff members against any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Server.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Ownership: Adamite Network, including all its servers, software, content, and related materials ("Content"), is owned and operated by Adamite Network's. All rights not expressly granted to users under this Agreement are reserved by Adamite Network. Thuss, any false claims of ownership/the role of staff will result in imidiate punishment.

Intellectual Property: The Content made available through the Service, including but not limited to graphics, game mechanics, logos, trademarks, and other related elements, are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws and belong exclusively to Adamite Network. You acknowledge and agree that you have no rights, title, or interest in or to such Content or related rights, except for the limited license granted herein.

User-Generated Content

Responsibility: You understand and acknowledge that Adamite Network has no control over user-generated content ("UGC") created or uploaded by users of the Service. You accept responsibility for any UGC you create, upload, or share and shall ensure that your UGC complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

License: By submitting, posting, or displaying UGC through the Service, you grant Adamite Netowrk a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to distribute, display, reproduce, and publish such UGC for any purpose in connection with the Service, including promoting and marketing the Service.

Refunds: Refunds are not givven from if; the product is lost, the product is damaged, the product is altered or if the product is removed. However, if (during the lifespan of the server) you find yourself not recieveing the rank/role/money/item or any content from the store (with valid proof of purchace), then you are entitled to the renewal and recieval of your item, but not your money back in any cercumstanaces.

Termination:

Violation of Terms: Adimite Network reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Server immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any of the Terms outlined in this document.

Discontinuation of Server: Adamite Network reserves the right to terminate the Server service at any time, without prior notice, if circumstances require it.


Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Adamite Network relating to the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements.

Severability: In the event that any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement, and the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Amendments: Adamite Network reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Code of Conduct:

Users are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes positive and respectful interactions among players. This includes communicating courteously, collaborating effectively, and resolving conflicts constructively.

Reporting Mechanism:

If you encounter any violations of the Terms of Service, please report them to the designated server administrators. Reports will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the severity of the offense.

Community Guidelines:

Our server fosters a welcoming and inclusive community. We encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and camaraderie among players, while discouraging toxic behavior, trolling, and griefing.

Events and Contests:

By continuing to access or use the Adamite Network's servers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service Agreement, including any future revisions or updates.
